So I'm back in San Francisco after a nice and relaxing holiday weekend with my family... and LOTS and LOTS of eating. Ready to get back on the clean eating train! I'm sharing a smoothie recipe I prepped breakfast for the whole week. This smoothie bowl is sooo yummy and easy to make - I made it with ingredients I pretty much always have on hand. Here's how to make it below:
This recipe makes one smoothie - multiply as needed.
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
Pinch-handful of hemp seeds
Pinch-handful of chia seeds
Pinch-handful of organic coconut flakes, unsweetened
Blend the blueberries, banana and coconut milk together. Pour into a bowl or cup and add the hemp seeds, chia seeds, and coconut flakes as a topping. Enjoy!
